Our Story

Austin’s Background
Austin grew up in Litchfield, MN and began working at just 16 while still in school. At 17, he joined the U.S. Army, where he trained as a Horizontal Construction Engineer. His time in the military built a strong foundation in discipline, independence, and construction expertise. After his service, Austin transitioned into the field, operating heavy equipment and eventually advancing into a foreman role for a local company.

Mitch’s Background
Mitch was raised in Becker, MN, where he discovered his passion for landscaping early on while working summer jobs during high school. After graduating, he spent several years traveling and operating heavy equipment across multiple states. Later, he returned closer to home to settle down, start a family, and continue his career with a local excavation company.

How It All Started

Austin and Mitch met in 2018 while working for a union excavation company. Over the years, they worked side by side and quickly realized they shared the same work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for the trade.

Both stepped into foreman roles, managing their own job sites and gaining valuable leadership experience. With over 20 years of combined experience, they decided to take the next step — building a company of their own.
